We have 2 major parks near us. A middle school is within walking distance and so are major stores and restaurants

It's the type of neighborhood that everyone knows everyone. And where they're nosy when it comes to things going on around the neighborhood.

The unique thing about my neighborhood is how extremely quiet it is at night, my favorite local business is the little mom and pops corner store.... I like to go whereever we end up when it comes to family and friends

It's cheap to live where I'm at. The mall is nearby and south Tacoma way has plenty of bars/restaurants nearby.
