    I took really good care of my apartment, and even hired a cleaning crew when I moved out. What I learned after is that it doesn't matter if there is damage or not, they will be keeping your deposits. All of them.

    Made good memories and sad. My late husband died at the apt, :( Met a few rude & not so pleasant neighbors. My Chihuahua mini pin mixed doggy had an incident with a raccoon. My doggby died on Nov. 25th from heart failure & poor health after she encountered raccon. I had lived here for 4 years. Thank you

    The apartments have mold inside of the walls and there is not any storage space. Management is questionable at times. However the rent is somewhat reasonable for the square footage. As long as it stays low but they raise it every time you renew your lease.
