The office staff make mistakes and have you pay for their mistakes. Get everything in writing. The bathrooms are huge almost like bed rooms, so if you don't want bigger bathrooms not a good idea to move here. Additonal Parking and guest parking sucks, cars are constantly damaged because most parking is compact. Dog poop everywhere. They are paying residents $25 for 5star reviews.

The office staff is great. The door is always open, they are friendly and address issues right away. The maintenance guys are the best and truly know what they are doing

Alderbrook responded stating they would get back with me shortly, but never got back to me and that was a few days ago. I still have not received any feedback or response from Alderbrook as of today. Not very happy with the outcome; apparently they are not interested in renting their units.. Very disappointed.

The bedrooms were small, yet the bathrooms were way bigger than they needed to be. Id prefer it the other way around.
