Ive lived here for 2 years now and plan on another 2 while I finish my college work. Management is profession Read Moreal and on top of their game when it comes to making any necessary fixes, addressing concerns and ensuring that the complex is a clean place to live.

Current Aspenridge Resident
New management started at the end of May 2017. They "lost" all of April's rent. They say they were stolen but Read Moreit's obvious they weren't. They managed to lose my brother's (he is also a tenant here in a separate unit) rent in July. They rented my storage unit out to someone else and who knows what happened to my belongings. Went into the office today and they can't even find my file. I have signed copies of our lease renewal from July 2017 stating which storage unit we were assigned to and have been paying extra for it since then. But their computer shows we don't have a storage unit. So they've been pocketing my money I guess. The property has gone down hill since the old management left. Yard maintenance, security, and just plain old customer service has drastically gone down hill. I will report back here if they decide to make this sitation right. Until then.. Do NOT rent here!!!

Loved the staff...ground crew was great. If I ever had a problem it was quickly fixed.
