    I've lived at Crystal Creek for a year, and I can honestly say, hands-down, it's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I'm actually sad I'm having to leave it to move back to my hometown to help my Mom with her declining health. I've wished I could just teleport my apartment to Texas!
    Everything from my move-in to my year-long stay, to my move-out has gone so smoothly. The office staff is always so kind and helpful. Tracy has worked here for like 20 years or something, and she's always been so upbeat and friendly. They really do all they can to care for their residents and get things worked out.
    I think as long as you're a good person and resident, you won't have any problems or issues ever.
    I LOVE the on-site 24-hour fitness center, hot tub, sauna, and pool. I like that you can still visit the hot tub during the cold months.
    I've barely had any maintenance issues while here, but when I did they were very swift to come and fix things. I like that you can easily schedule your requests/issues on their online portal, as well as pay your rent online if you like. It's optional, and a great option when you're out of town on the 1st of the month when rents are due!
    The place is so quiet (usually) and very beautiful. You feel like you're living in a serene forest. The only noise I ever hear is an occasional air plane, far-away car engine, or their once-a-week lawn care team.
    The community is composed of mainly families with kids, and elderly retirees. It feels very safe, and I've heard of zero crime incidents while here.
    The only problem I ever really had was getting annoyed that sometimes people's guests will park in front of garages and block me getting in and out. But that was rare.
    I highly recommend the community. It's a bit pricey, but the amenities and peacefulness, and safety are worth every penny.

    Quiet, peaceful. Exceptional staff, and the grounds are clean beautiful. You can see this as you enter the property.

    Staff are always on site ready to help. And, they are helpful. I like the online maintenance request, very easy to use.

    We loved loving at Crystal Creek! Convenient location, the long term residents were wonderful and even had gardens growing in the flower beds! There were always deer hanging out near our back patio and we absolutely loved the lay out with the attached garage. It was secluded yet close to everything. By far the best apartment we lived in. Now we own our home :-)
