I gave the fair rating for the following reasons. lots of car noise, residents pile up bagged dog droppings on compactor daily instead of throwing it away, gutters clogged, roof water damage outside my window, dirty entry with splashed liquid stains on the walls and gum on the steps along with ketchup squashed packs stains. all this has been here for 9-12 months and never addressed.

My only concern is the rent getting to high and being priced out of my apartment. The YES people has increased my bill from 27.00 to 42.00 a month which is a big jump.
