    I've lived at Teal Pointe for three years and during that time I've had the displeasure of multiple management teams. The current one, Brad's team, works hard to ensure the needs of the residents are met. They are kind, thoughtful and do their best to get the job done. Given the state of the world, Covid being the fox in the henhouse, it can be hard to deal with various aspects of life. It has to be understood that, in my opinion, the current management is doing the best they can to address all things. A little slack is deserving for any oversights or miscommunications that may result between management and the residents. Put away the pitchforks and torches, please.
