    The manager is never there and when they manager is set to be gone, the interim one is never there either! The manager just assumes when a neighbor makes a complaint the other person is guilty of it and then the written notice gets stuck in your file. No matter what the other person says they are put in the wrong and the manager would find out that if she took the time to find out information they would find out the complaining neighbor is wrong! Manager avoids returning calls

    Given the age of the apartment, the lack of amenities (pool, spa, recreation), appliance age, poorly sealed windows (leak during heavy rains), poor wall insulation (exterior facing walls are EXTREMELY COLD in the winter), poor sound insulation (can hear upstairs neighbors alarm clock!!), the rent is TO HIGH. Rent has been consistently raised at every lease renewal but no improvements to the apartment.

    for the most part it is excellent.. a couple of little things like coming in apartment when not there. would like for them to tell me when they coming and I will be home. left my apartment in a mess when they cam in(pato door open and unlocked ,blindes were up and drawn not put back like they found it etc)

    We signed a lease 6 weeks before our actual move in date. The apt was to be "totally" remodeled before we arrived. We have now been here for 2 weeks and the overhead microwave has yet to be installed. We have asked about it 3 times now and nothing has been done. In addition 2 electrical sockets are missing the cover plates and the sliding door is missing part of the lock. Everything has been great except for maintenance, which is starting to spoil it all.

    I've lived here for almost 14 years and up until a few years ago, I've never considered living anywhere else. But I would not say that now. It used to feel like a little community where I was valued tenant. Not so much anymore. I'm seriously reconsidering whether the quality of what I'm getting warrants the amount of rent - and now utilities - they are charging.
