Lovely place to live! The houses are spacious and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. The property manager Julie is awesome and super helpful.

This place isnt great. The townhouses are built cheap and squeak like old buildings. They will put notes on your door, but wont respond to emails, calls, and god forbid you try to talk to someone in the office. You cant because no one works there. We have been through so many office managers, but they all keep quitting. Our rent has almost doubled in the past 3 years. Theres not enough parking for residents, much less any guests. Theres also no playground for kids so theyll just play in your yard. It used to be quiet, but theres people who will park out on the street and blast their radio in the middle of the night. Recommended as a last resort only.

Overall, it is a quiet place to reside, neighbors tend to mind their own, and the kids that play in the neighborhood are good kids. People pick up their dog poop ( other than a few here and there). The maintenance man is awesome. Probably the first place I lived where the Maintenance man actually knew how to maintain. Although, the paint on the walls is cheap which makes it almost impossible to clean. The blinds are horrible as well. Break very easily and you will be responsible for replacing it at your own cost. You have to replace your refrigerator filter and maintenance your own appliances. Which does not make sense to me seeing how they are not mine but the owners of the property and I am paying them well over enough for them to at least do maintenance on the appliances. Lastly, the rent is outrageous and not worth it. The prices listed here are a lie. Almost 1800 for the smaller townhomes and the bigger ones are into 2K. Plus paying a monthly pet fee. it is IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with the office. One of the managers had horrible customer service and was RUDE. She is gone and someone else is here. We have been through 3 managers since we lived here in over one year less than two years. Spiders are a major deal and the company does not do pest control. Where most properties do. managers do a decent job making sure the vehicles are not parked where they aren't permitted. When we first moved here many peopled would park directly on the sidewalk. Nobody could use the sidewalks. New managers made those aware they could no longer do that which is reasonable. So, if you want a quiet place to live this is the place. Other than that, I do not see it worth the price.

The rent listed is incorrect. It only took one year for them to raise the rent by 200$. Maintenance requests are never answered. My first week here, the downstairs bathroom kept flooding so they drilled a big hole into my kitchen wall and did not patch it back up. Paint is so cheap that you cant wipe down walls without removing it. Parking is terrible! Cars are everywhere and it is very difficult to get in and out of your driveway.
