Every apartment that Ive ever rented a unit always based the rental background check on the past rental history except for Lee Trace. Lee trace indicated that you must have a good Credit history to include merchant history, this was a first experience for me, but they do refer you to a Guarantor that will get you into the unit like a co-signer for almost the price of one full amount of a months rental. I refused to pay the steep price when I have excellent rental history as well as Ive also purchased a house in the past and paid it off in 13 years of a 30 year mortgage.

Way over priced. The apartments didnt look bad but not affordable for a single mom.
