Policy excludes us from being able to qualify.....answered a question wrong on the pre-application. Hmm 100000+ income, stable employment, 25+ years, and over 100000 in the bank today.......risky!! Hmmmmmm.

I am a current resident that has lived here a number of years. It truly is an amazing place. You feel safe and secure. The residents get along with each other - fostered by monthly activities hosted by the Club House. There is a large outdoor pool with sunning deck music included); Fitness Room, Walking Trails, Dog Park. Everything is clean and kept up very well. The ENTIRE staff is beyond excellent and caring. I even grew a garden last year. My apartment is on the 3rd Floor with balcony overall looking a large pond. Enjoy in the evening grilling a burger and watching the Timber Rattler fireworks from the balcony. People can catch and release the fish from the pond. Year round there is always something to do - safe, secure, clean, fun and a caring staff makes Towne Lakes second to none in apartment living in the Fox Valley!!

I loved it here. They increased the size of their dog park while I was there and my pup loved it! The resident events were great. I was sad to leave this, but my work had other ideas! Thank you to everyone who works so hard to make this place great!

Management allows maintenance and other employees to enter your residence without permission or prior notice. If you care about your property, pets or children do not rent from Towne Lakes Apartments.
