    this apartment complex is a renovated large Factory. It is located on the river so each unit overlooks the river. Each unit is a Hardy or a large Loft. Each unit has very high. there is a seating area outside. It is on the bus line and directly across the river from downtown. It is very convenient to get around from this location..
