    Its quiet, its in a great location (super close to the Fresh Market & Sendiks), parking is always available, the staff is super friendly & helpful, and my apartment is beautiful. I have no complaints.

    Very clean and well-maintained properties. Very responsive to maintenance issues. Communicated notices effectively and timely. Most tenants are friendly but respectful. Rarely heard noises from neighbors. Location provides easy access to shopping and freeway. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Police patrolled multiple times each day. Close to parks and great area for running or biking. Plenty of parking available. Nice attention to landscaping.

    beautiful apartments, but rent increase was getting ridiculous.

    When I first moved in I noticed a problem with mold under the kitchen sink. After several failed attempts to get the managers to fix, it I finally had to call the corporate office and complain. After I threatened to call an inspector in I finally got them to send someone over. All that was done was a paint job over the mold. Needless to say the mold was back in no time at all. When my lease was up I couldn't get out of there quick enough!
