    I moved in 2/1/20. Love the place. Have had 4 maintenance tkts regarding issues w/black particles & sand coming through water pipes. OWNER came to explain, water main break, my unit is the furthers from H2O tank. 1st thing he said is he will let me out of lease if I wanted. I did not ask for that. He then told me to call the city & get a potato sack to put on the tub faucet.He owns the property! No one informed me of any of this prior to me moving in. 3/2/20 I called someone else who was very combative and told me she was not going to call the city. I was told different stories of this issue. Yet I'm Paying rent for a place that in not 100% functional. If I were to move, the issue would still have to be resolved! The lady I spoke with kept cutting me off when I tried to speak & even told me she listed to me for 3-4 minutes. I'm very disappointed at the way this is being handled!
