I lived at Parkwood Townhomes for over 3 years. The units are very spacious. Lots of living space, nice sized kitchen and bathrooms, and the bedrooms are large. Huge perks are all units are side by side so no one living above or below you (so less noise from neighbors), central air, and an attached 1 car garage. The townhomes are also right next to a small lake with a nice walking path. It's also a nice rental for dog owners as they have multiple dog bag disposal stations around the complexes. Another perk is the units have a crawl space near the in unit washer/dryer so there's extra space for storage. When we first moved in, maintenance was more meh. But since we moved in there have been improvements and it's become much better. The townhomes are also in a nicer area with a good amount of families with kids, and the rent is reasonable for the area and what you get. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we only moved due to our family growing to the point of needing more than 2 bedrooms.

Absolutely love our new townhouse! The on site manager is very friendly and the maintenance staff is very responsive and helpful. The updates in our place are exactly what we were looking for.
