        The communication with this property is excellent! I really hope I can rent from them. They lady at the front desk is very sweet and very helpful. She has been keeping me posted along the way.

        I will be skipping this property, due to the fact that they charge to park. Typical rich people, just trying to get richer.

        Save yourself the trouble and skip this property.This place just informed everyone that May 1 there will be a 45 bucks increase in rent for an AT&T upgrade that nobody asked for.The grounds are consistently muddy.The snow removal company plows in our dumpster and then waste management won't pick up.They charge to park your car in the lot.New owners from IL trying to charge IL rates

        They have somehow taken down the recent reviews because this place has turned into a pit. The grounds are not kept up. There is mud everywhere because they tore up the grass plowing. There is dog poop everywhere because no one bothers to clean up after their dog. The walls are paper thin. I can hear every conversation my neighbors on every side have. There is no insulation so it is freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer anywhere near an outside wall. The patio door has a large gap underneath but they only fix them for residents who have been here for a long time. I would give this place no stars if that was an option!

        rude office staff members, maintenance did not fix the issue in which we called for, extremely noisy neighbors even after telling the office

        The management office has poor communication everyone in the office does their own thing it's not consistent, the maintenance people don't keep to the appoint day and times we signed a year lease that was really 14month and no one told us about that, the stove didn't work for months before they replaced it and we had mold in the shower and no one did anything about that
