    It is clean and a good solid building, however we had some issues with asian beetles, ants and spiders that we didn't get much help with. The complex itself is kept clean. The location is great for us, right off the highway, and we do not get much noise from the road. The staff is quick to respond to questions or problems.

    When we signed the agreement to take the apartment we were promised new kitchen flooring because the current floor was in bad shape and other improvements that were never completed on move in day. On the day we moved in the carpet was dirty and full of ants and none of the improvements we were promised had been completed. Management was indifferent, because we were college students, my mother had to show up and contact the office just to get the carpet cleaned and the ants evicted!

    Staff was always super friendly, helpful and understanding, but the unit I lived in was in poor condition for the price we paid. Maintenance was slow and overall condition of appliances and quality of interior of the apartment was very disappointing.

    maintenance never fix the problems that occurred in my apartment. After several times I told them that there were problems with the AC and the locks on the doors. The front office is also a problem. They lost my check for rent several times cause me inconvenience.

    The Shores has always been very accomodating with any issues I have had with my apartment, they keep the premises clean and safe, they spray for bugs and spiders regularly and are very pleasant to work with. And I LOVE my apartment, very quiet and homey.
