I never rate anything excellent. I was very happy living here. Quite, peaceful, the office associates are very nice. And I love the gym!

Village in the Park was an excellent place to live. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything that might be going on in the complex. The apartment itself was clean when we moved in and was priced fairly. The location of the complex is within driving distance to multiple major retailers and the South Ridge Mall. It's a great place to get started or move into if you are downsizing.

I was told that there would not be small children renting in the upper units. Currently the family that lives above me has a small child that runs around at all hours of day/night. Otherwise the apartment is great. I have one reserved parking space that often gets used by others. I have called police before or spoken to management but the reserved parking spaces are apparently not clear enough.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is done promptly upon request, usually in less than 24 hours. Love living here.
