In looking at the previous reviews, I'd have to say that things have apparently improved immensely. We haven't had any issues at all with our place other than a leaky washer, which was promptly replaced within a week of reporting it to management. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves, which is fine. It's a nice and quiet environment. It's true that there are cheaper places around, but I know from experience that cheaper rents usually do NOT lead to a "nice and quiet" environment. We're overall happy & satisfied.

Been here for 5+ years and management has a terrible reputation, earned daily. Alyssa & Michelle were wonderful, but their replacements have the customer service skills of Vladimir Putin. Double standards all over the place, ridiculously restrictive rules (no roller skating, skateboarding, on street or sidewalk??) When workout room flooded, pool filter broke, I didn't get a deduction on my rent for amenities I pay for being unavailable, yet they nickel & dime residents to death. If I want to pay rent with a credit card, I pay 2.5% extra, if I want to write a check, I pay $1 fee...oh, but they can't take cash. Grass goes to seed almost every week in summer, snow removal is absurd (finally bought a shovel, though I pay San Fran rent prices that include outdoor maintenance...all I get are excuses, excuses). Resident turnover very high, more of a transient community for people between houses. utility bill (2nd floor) over $200 every month. Construction sub par, at best. Parking nonexistent ("if your vehicle is not out of driveway when snow removal clears, you're responsible for clearing it yourself. But don't park in street for even 5 min or we'll slap a big green permanent sticker on your vehicle window that you'll have to scrape off with a razor blade!"). Try to talk to office staff, response is "that's our policy, that's our policy, policy, policy, blah blah". Windows so thin, if I don't cover with film in winter, can almost see my breath in master bedroom even though thermostat never goes below 69. Exterior windows I can't reach NEVER been cleaned. Weeds and dead bushes galore, front yard is bare, bushes grow across sidewalk. Do yourself (and your wallet!) a favor, find somewhere else to live. couple of. MLB players lived here a 2 summers ago, their wives told me they'd never come back because of the ridiculous rules.

The heating bills are outrageous due to poor insulation and cheep windows with no insulation value. Kitchen storage is not enough lack of drawers built on a slab so floors are a bit cold. Small water heater only allows a short shower. Lack of outlets for lighting.

Construction noise starts at 6:00 am. Pool closed early. Exercise room has been closed for months. We have had 3 nails in our tires. Light pole was just taken out yesterday because the roads are too slick. Insulation is so very poor. Garage door would not close today..I will work on that one tomorrow. This place is so terrible.
