Move in conditions were not good I had to spend several hours cleaning since we didn't have time to wait for them to do it. However management handled thr situation to our satisfaction. Management has been very nice and helpful.

The maintenace are readiely available when having a problem both inside and outside of the apartment. Everyone is so helpful and curteous.

raised rent every year 50-75 did not take requests to get things fixed sent to lawyer to tell me what I owed when moving out no notice came to my new address lawyer stated they charged 50 for filling holes in wall I had no pictures up in apt had one calendar that I used push pin on

Sidewalks and parking lot are are poorly taken care of during winter. Management is rude.

The landlord is racist. They do not fix items that need to be fixed in a timely manner.I was evicted due to a domestic violence situation which in WI is against the law.
