If you read the last review, she pretty much hit the nail on the head. With the cost of rent, how much you are paying for electricity ( which is $250), and dealing with management is just not something you want to stress over or deal with it at all. Apartments are o.k. but not for the price they are renting them out now! Definitely nicer places out there. Waiting for our lease to be up so we can leave!

I had plan to review this apartment complex, but haven't had the time, but due to recent incidents, I decide to make time. Let's start with the superficial and move to the substantive. The exterior appearance is appealing and it does have control access, which is nice. Anderson park is just across the street, and located near a nice pave trail, there is also a community pool across the street, which is nice if you have kids. The interiors leave much to be desired for a apartment to be labeled a luxury apartment. It has the standard formica countertops, some type of vinyl composite flooring. It has one wall AC unit, which will only cool if it is left constantly running and all the bedroom doors are left open, and lights remain out. If you decide to cook, its over. Not to mention your utility cost as a result. Which was one of my largest issues, Please be prepared to spend approximately two hundred and fifty dollars per month minimum in electric utilities. They have antiquated electric baseboard heaters Which even if you run one to heat a single bedroom (Which I did) you'll still pay the minimum I stated earlier. The R-factor on these walls are practically non-existent. which contributes to hue heat and cooling loses, as well as the noise from every surrounding apartment. Pray for Good Neighbors! At over $800.00 per month, and an energy cost of approximately $250.00 per month and dealing with the management staff... find somewhere else to rent, or better yet, buy a home you'll save more money. Please check out my google review as it contains more detail than I can share here.

The electric bill can be 5 times higher in the winter than in the summer without running AC. Washers and driers are routinely not working. Stove doesn't always heat properly, even after it was checked out by maintenance.

The electric bill is four times the amount we paid before and the washers and driers need to be updated with timers on them.

Dont store valuables in the storage area, will mold from uncontrolled weather climate. Had to throw away lots of stuff.

Management is always quick to rectify any maintenance issues and periodically calls to make sure everything is up to standards.
