it is a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. All the neighbors know and care about each other. Homes and lawns are well kept and beautiful

houses and yards are all well maintained. Mix of condos and single family homes. Feels like you're in the country

Walking distance to downtown. Proximity to my work. Proximity to a multitude of restaurants. Friendly neighbors who harvest honey and raise chickens.

I like that it's a small neighborhood with not a lot of people around. I like that the scenery is really nice.

Excellent location to norht or south end of town. 10 minute drive to anywhere in town. Close to all grocery stores.
