    I enjoy our apartment and think in the current rental market it is a pretty good value. However, I think the layout/floor plan could have been far better and more efficient.

    Everything about 306 West is excellent aside from a couple facilities concerns: - the heater in a closet within the bedroom is extraordinarily loud when starting and stopping. It took our dog over a month to stop flipping out several times a night because of the noise. It still occasionally makes me jump! - our shower leaks water down the side a bit and is starting to bubble the wall. We are bringing this up with the property manager to make sure we aren't held accountable for poor design.

    I love living at 306 West. The location is great and my apartment is very nice. It has excellent appliances and is in excellent shape. Given that it is such a new building, I don't understand why there isn't a recycling chute. Since I do not park on P2, taking out recycling is inconvenient. Additionally, the exercise room is tiny and there are very few cardio machines and little floor space to do anything else. I love my apartment but the building itself is lacking in services and amenities.

    I have nothing bad to say! The on-sight property manager is helpful and kind, incredibly prompt with responses to questions or issues. I love all of the new appliances (in the kitchen especially,) and the high-efficiency aspect of the in-unit washer/dryer and thermostat. The amenities are great, too - a workout room right downstairs, a community room perfect for meetings (or watching the Super Bowl!,) a grill, a station to fix my bike, to wash my dog... perfect!

    I love the apartment and the location, but we've had a rough time getting our patio finished to the point that we had expected upon moving in. We moved in May 1, and our patio wasn't finished until the end of August. We had to repeatedly ask for updates over that timeframe, and rarely received proactive communication about the plan or status of the patio fixes. We held off on buying patio furniture and a grill while we waited, and missed out on the best of the summer months.
