Near Eastside Rooming House divided into three apartments, each with it's own entrance, and each with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. The house laundry is shared by all residents plus residents of the house next door. There is a generous-sized, shared front porch. All private, lockable rooms in each apartment have a maximum occupancy of one. The rooms have either hardwood or carpeted floor and a closet, and basic utilities plus one included off-street parking space are included.     Restaurants that are in my area and the grocery store. We have a few restaurants and a Whole Foods store as well as other fast food restaurants very close by.

    We live in a fun neighborhood with things to do - local beer garden, botanical garden. We have several small bars and restaurants nearby that are good social spots. We live close to friends
