I didnt hear back from all of them. But most. It is very difficult because prices are going up for rent. Our son is on his own, but we help him with finances, so not a fun time for us. He didnt want to renew His lease. We are still looking, but now we will need to sublease. His current apartment manager is seldom in the office. It would be helpful, if you offered a more personalized search option after so many tries. Do you know anyone who does that now?

We are truly sorry that we were unable to accept the breed of dog you have. We LOVE pets at our community but have strict local and corporate policies that we must abide by and unfortunately certain breed restrictions do apply. We have had ants in our apt since Aug. 2013. They have told us the whole building is infested and needs to be totally done with professional company. Not done yet Jan. 26th 2014. Garage, A steel piece is sticking out of the pillars ripped a large hole in tire of our jeep, they said it was part of the building and therefore would not pay for a new tire. I am not happy living here.

Rent is appropriately priced. Apartment is in good condition with modern appliances. Maintenance responds quickly and does a great job at fixing problems. On many major bus lines so distance from work is not a problem.

I loved the location of the apartment. Also, having washer and dryer in unit, underground parking, and that the office was always available for packages so they were always in a safe place.
