Our water billing system is not fair. There is one master meter in our whole complex, and then that number is divided by however many apt's there are, so we all pay the same water bill. How is it fair that I, a single occupant of my apt, and a family of 4 below me are paying the same for water. Also, they say 10% is configured for laundry. Where do they get that number? I asked for proof from Northern Management, and they could not give it to me. They say the number is just, but it's not.

Laundry machines need to be updated. They are old and inefficient. Appliances in the kitchen are low grade (Hot Point) and should be upgraded. Bathrooms need to be upgraded by taking off the shower doors and putting in new tubs. Carpet in the apartment don't match and are stained. Landscaping needs TLC!!!! Grass is unhealthy, shrubbery needs attention, and we need more common area seating.
