    I have lived at Quail Run Apartment Homes for almost 5 years and I could not be happier. The apartment team at the leasing office are a joy to work with. They know everyone by name, ate so friendly and warm, and I've even been asked on more than one occasion on what improvements I would like to see in my apartment. Not one request has been denied. The maintenance staff is just as great. This place is my home, not just am apartment to rent.

    Our response to COVID-19-
    At Gallina Management, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities are our top priority. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, please note the following adjustments to our services until further notice:
    OFFICE VISITS
    In support of community health, all Gallina Management Inc. offices will be suspending face to face services, and as such our office lobbies will be closed to the public, effective Monday 3/23/20. However, we are still here for our residents. All offices will be staffed for the regularly scheduled hours and communication with both the corporate office and our on-site management teams will be available either through a phone call or email.
    Emergency Order #8 and Governor Evers Emergency Order #1 currently in effect:
    In order to comply with Public Health Madison and Dane County's Emergency Order #8 and Governor Evers Emergency Order #1, all individuals entering any of our buildings are required to wear a face covering or mask.     Emergency Maintenance - This procedure has not changed. Please continue to call in as needed, during business and non-business hours. Our on-call staff will continue to be available for emergency maintenance during non-business hours.
    We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and we will get through this together, and keep you informed regarding ongoing adjustments to Gallina Management's services.
