There is a market rate 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for $1,575 that has no income restrictions that will be available December 15th. It includes all utilities, even electricity. All appliances are also supplied, including a washer/dryer. Parking is an additional $125 per space if needed. You must have verifiable income of at least twice the amount of rent to qualify. We do also manage McAuley Apartments which is approximately 1 mile away on East Knapp Street between Prospect Avenue and Van Buren. A one bedroom is available for $1,075 per month that includes heat/hot water and 1 parking space if available. There are maximum income limits and you must make at least twice the amount of rent per month to qualify. Also, one adult in the household cannot be a full time student. Please contact the manager David if you are interested in McAuley apartments. Thank you! Greenwich Park Apartments is located on the trendy East Side of Milwaukee next door to Whole Foods and Columbia St. Mary's and just a few blocks from Lake Michigan.
