David is the worst manager I've ever had. He's a scammer and will tell you lie after lie to get you to move in. Pay a thousand dollars to live next to people who pay 200 and we're just homeless. Not safe. Harassing manager. I could go on and on but do yourself a favor and never consider this terrible apartment complex. Next to a Catherine's where there was someone who jumped off the top floor, and people are screaming like crazies all night long.

It will be a good place for me to move into being a single person and this being the first time I've ever thinking about moving into an apartment.
