Reserve is a great place to live. You feel safe and the apartments are very nice! Staff is great as well.

Very expensive for what you receive. Ceilings and walls are paper thin and noise levels can wake you at night. Some residents smoke and it travels throughout the building.

Nice apartment, however, the deal breaker was no elevator for my elderly mom, and garage rental and not attached to unit.

Overall it's nice but some misses, my apartment faces the train (was not aware when I moved in) my building is a non pet building but is directly next to the dog run area which is off base since my bedroom window directly gets barking and owners playing with their dogs ... craftsmanship is nice in the apt but often sloppy
