Non stop issues from day one of moving in. Continual complaints about others doing wash late at night with no results. Place was not clean upon move in, had to be cleaned from top to bottom. Windows are not properly sealed so your seasonal bills are higher. Neighbors don't care how loud they are, dogs bark non stop, people dump garbage in the dumpsters at all hours of the morning.

I emailed inquiring to rent at this property. Someone named Sara answered my email the same day and I was excited. After replying to her I never heard back. I called and left a message 3 days ago, and again no response from anyone. After reading the reviews I am thinking it was meant to be. I will take my business else where!

STAY AWAY! They will charge you to replace your carpeting and hold your whole security deposit if you have a dog. Maintenance was sub-par at best and management will attempt to get every dime possible out of you. The units are not worth the price and are quite small. Utilities are expensive.
