Tenants have to pay extra for storage space, underground parking, higher floors, pets.

All of our residents that elect not to rent the underground parking are provided a space in our large off street parking lot on the property as well as overflow that we pay for across the street in a city lot. We also offer a two teared cable package as well as free heat and water, fitness room, and resident clubhouse, and spacious rooftop patio overlooking the lake, river, and city. Hope you enjoyed the stay!
