They were not the most open and helpful with maintaining the place. The neighbors were always nitpicking as if they didnt like a young couple living next to them and was threatened with eviction.

They allow smoking in units and I can smell it in my room every time my neighbor smokes.

The townhomes are nice and the management and maintenance teams are really nice and helpful.

At move in 2 years ago, I had problems with water leaking in my basement. Management told me that they had never heard about it, yet at the time, the next door neighbors (who used to live in this unit) said that was one of the reasons they moved out. I dealt with water for 9-10 months before the problem was fixed. Though this is no longer an issue, and I enjoy living here, how it was handled in the past does not allow me to rate the company as excellent. Love that large dogs are welcome!

Con: I have been a long-time resident here and the outside maintenance of our units is very slow. Wood trim should have been cleaned up and painted several years ago. Pro: There has been more attention to the grounds this year and updating to units as they become vacated. Staff has been very approachable and pleasant to deal with. The neighborhood is relatively safe.

End units are poorly insulated--windows are old and drafty. Most units have new roofs but are in need of additional TLC.
