          I loved the one bedroom apartment I rented. It had a nice layout, first floor unit with walk out patio, washer and dryer, and underground parking. Management was very helpful. Property was well kept.

          they were excellent but they lost my rent check a couple of times after it had already cleared my bank. I had to get copies of the cleared checks to them to prove I had been paid. Also, the introductory rate was good, but the rent went up every time we renewed to the point that we were paying $300 more in rent at the end than when we first started. that is a 40% increase in 3 years.

          The management was very rude and disrespectful along with the supervisors. The management that was there when I first moved in was actually very nice but they let her go and got a cocky attitude guy in there. The charged me for things out of my security deposit that shouldn't gave been. For an example the drip pans. I replaced the drip pans before I left and they charged me for new ones. And when I called they said that I had to bring them a receipt even though they were clearly spotless and new

          OFFICE VISITS
          In support of community health, all Gallina Management Inc. offices will be suspending face to face services, and as such our office lobbies will be closed to the public, effective Monday 3/23/20. However, we are still here for our residents. All offices will be staffed for the regularly scheduled hours and communication with both the corporate office and our on-site management teams will be available either through a phone call or email.
          SHOWINGS
          Person to person showings are suspended until further notice. However, our team members are available to assist with providing leasing information through either an email or a phone call. We are happy to walk you through our availability via our website - we are still here to help you find your perfect apartment home.
          MAINTENANCE
          All non-essential maintenance is suspended.
