    This place has the potential to be something fantastic! unfortunately, that potential is lost as management is more focused on the building across the road. As a result, the place is falling apart on the outside. The inside is better.
    Neighbors smoking in their unit is common and the whole building reeks of smoke! There is underground garage parking which is fantastic in the winter. Maintenance is quick to respond to called in issues. Guest parking is a joke!

    I was happy with the apts overall..especially the fact I could have a dog. Parking structure was too far from my unit.
