Over the few years we've lived here, there's been an obvious "shift" upward as far as management, grounds keeping and maintenance goes! The property manager (Sherri) is professional, responsive to any concerns/issues brought to her. The maintenance folks are efficient and quick to respond, whether a problem is inside or on the property. The grounds are large, and require a goodly amount of attention, and it seems that the management has developed a plan and staffed accordingly to keep the "park-like" atmosphere. Proud to live here!

I love living at Bay Village, it is very pet friendly. The neighbors are great and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend living here!

Having lived in this community a number of years, I'm happy to say that Bay Village has almost always exceeded our expectations in apartment/town-home living! The current on-site manager, Sherri, arrived like a breath of fresh air (compared w/ the former manager). She has worked to improve not only the overall community (ie; grounds upkeep, attention to maintenance issues, etc) but has made "excellent tenant service" a reality. Besides superior management, Bay Village benefits from its location in one of the better suburbs of Milwaukee! Close to excellent shopping, many nice restaurants, terrific parks as well as Lake Michigan, Bay Village is great for singles, couples and families (Whitefish Bay schools are consistently ranked #1 or 2 in the state). Last, but certainly not least, Bay Village is "pet friendly"! It's a fun place for pups (kitties too!), and folks tend to "watch out" for neighbors pets. Last years, "doggy stations" were installed in various spots, and these (which contain dog waste bags and a waste basket) seem to have made a huge difference in the "poo" issue. Not only does the management care, but the substantial use of these units show that the "neighbors" care as well. I would absolutely recommend Bay Village to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept & managed, fairly "upscale" address!

Sofar everything has been great! Very quiet, safe place to live. Neighbor's respect eachother, and a very caring staff. Maintenance when requested, and very clean. Well kept property!

Very difficult to get repairs done, it may take weeks. Many times maintenance may attend to the situation you requested for repair but the issue is not fixed. Also you have no idea when your unit will be entered for repairs requested nor are you notified if the repairs have been attended to. You may be told you will get something replaced, but it never happens. You can over hear conversations from your neighbors next to you, so there are times you may want to leave the room. Outside garbage and drive areas need much attention and has for some time. There are better places for the amount of rent you pay
