The grounds appartments and parking lot are not well kept. The staff are rude and the price of the appartmet is way to high for the size and age of it.

The condition of the building, individual apartments, location, etc, are all wonderful; my only problem here are the neighbors and staff. My front door was vandalized twice, items were stolen from my unit, noise was a constant problem from neighbors, and in every single one of these cases, the staff was utterly unhelpful. There are more stories, but suffice to say that the staff are responsive to nothing but maintenance requests and generally have a bad attitude. Recommend searching elsewhere.

Our vehicle was broken into and personal property was stolen. The apt. smelled like smoke and was really dingy and so out of date. The management was very good, but it didn't make up for the state the apt. was in. The pool was too cold to swim in. Just an overall miserable experience living there. We didn't feel safe. Our neighbor right across the hall was arrested and the police were there at least seven hours with the apt. being searched. I wouldn't recommend this apartment building to anyone.

The management was good when I first moved in (2009). They have since gotten new and inexperienced manager. Place is very poorly kept and take more then the 48 hrs to get anything fixed. Was good at first going down hill fast.
