Our stay at The Ridge was great, very few issues to complain about. The reason I gave it 1 star is because of the move out process. We maintained the apartment very well and cleaned it thoroughly before we left (by the move-out sheet they gave us) only to have $150+ dollars deducted from our deposit for cleaning needed. I know this can be subjective, but I use to clean and flip apartments and I was Military for 14 years, so you can't tell me that we didn't clean well enough to receive our deposit back. When I called about it a gentleman answered the phone I told him the issue and he asked if I wanted an itemized list of what was cleaned (Which the cleaning that was charged was a falsified statement) and he just said he would forward my complaint to the property management. After a week (and still counting) I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I will be calling on a weekly basis until this is rectified.Highly unprofessional. Highly unethical. Stay away from these apartments, unless you don't care about your deposit.

Apartments have no sound barrier or good insulation, we could hear the resident above us going to the bathroom and would hear his parrot squawking when our understanding was that no pets were allowed. We had given a $1300 deposit and left the apartment in excellent condition and only received $300 back. Local management could not explain this or find an answer.

Satisfaction is good, however, one would think that in the design of high-density housing serious thought and attention would be given to noise insulation. The Ridge at Blackmore is very substandard in this regard. The apartment complex is very well maintained, pleasant and helpful management, and overall great place to live. Noise insulation from adjoining apartments (above, below, and to the sides) is very substandard. When recommending to prospective tenants they should know noise is bad.
