Staff is great and accommodating (especially Sarai - she works at the front desk of the office), I love my apartment, and I never have any issues.

Stuff never actually gets fixed. It get patched up then you have to call them a million times to even have someone come look at it.

Molding, flooring, paint, bathroom and many other things are cheaply put together and sloppily painted over. Many of these areas have chipping and flaking too.
